If you are an experienced CrossFit athlete, you can book a drop-in session using the link below. This allows us to keep sessions running smoothly while making sure you get the best experience possible.

Ready to get started? Get in touch and we will help you choose the membership that suits your routine, goals, and experience level. Members can pay anywhere between £120 and £150 a month depending on exactly which opens they choose.

Come in, meet the team, and have a relaxed conversation about your goals. We’ll show you the gym and help you understand how everything works.

Start Your Journey Your Way
If you feel ready, you can jump straight into classes. If you are newer to training, we may recommend a few one-to-one Fundamentals Sessions to help you build confidence and learn the key movements first.
