Our coaching team is one of the things we are most proud of at RH10 Fitness, and a big part of what makes us stand out. Every coach holds a minimum CrossFit Level 2 qualification, with senior coaches progressing to CrossFit Level 3 and beyond, ensuring a consistently high standard across every session.
With backgrounds in areas like physiotherapy, gymnastics, and strength training, our coaches bring a high level of expertise while keeping sessions clear, approachable, and supportive. They take the time to understand your starting point, guide you through each session, and support you as you improve.
