About Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics sessions are designed to help you develop strength and control through bodyweight movement. Led by Tim, a former GB gymnast, sessions focus on skills like pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, and toes to bar.

Each class has a clear focus, giving you the time to break movements down and improve step by step. This helps you build confidence while developing skills that transfer into your wider training.

Specialist Coaching

Sessions are led by an experienced gymnastics coach. Movements are broken down clearly so you can improve safely.

Build Body Control

You will develop strength, coordination, and awareness. This improves how you move in both training and everyday life.

Skills learned here carry directly into your CrossFit sessions. This helps you get more from your training.
