CrossFit Training

Our CrossFit classes combine strength, conditioning, and skill-based training to build complete fitness. Every session is coached from start to finish, with movements clearly explained and adjusted to suit your current ability. You will learn how to move well, train safely, and gradually build strength and confidence in a supportive group environment.

Weightlifting

Sessions dedicated to moving heavy things beautifully! Focus on the technical aspect of moving a barbell, before moving something a little bit heavier really well.

Gymnastics

Get better at moving your body with Tim, a former GB gymnast. We'll look at Pull ups, hand stands, muscle ups and Toes To bar focusing on something different each week.

Skills Sessions

We strongly believe that the best RH10 experience and results come from getting stuck in with our group classes, however if you want something a little more personal or to cheat code your progress you can book our 1-2-1 private coaching to work on a specific goal.

Personalised Programming

Got a specific goal? Want something a little extra to sit alongside our class programming? Sit down with a coach an come up with a plan just for you. Designed to be used as a supplement to group classes, not a replacement.

Legends Classes

Getting older doesn't mean slowing down-it means leveling up! Our CrossFit Legends classes are specifically designed for athletes aged 50+ who are ready to redefine what "aging" looks like. We believe that functional fitness is the blueprint for long-term vitality, and our mission is to help you maintain independence, build bone density, and stay capable of doing the things you love.

Crossfit Kids

Giving your child an excitement for fitness at a young age is like giving them a super-power! Our expert coaches use a fun combination of movements, games and activities to get kids excited about exercise, and start building a foundation of healthy habits for life. With limited numbers in each class you can be confident that your child will receive plenty of attention, explore a wide range of physical skills and learn to love movement - not fear it.

What truly sets us apart is our coaching. Every coach at RH10 Fitness holds a minimum CrossFit Level 2 qualification, with senior coaches progressing to Level 3 and beyond. As a CrossFit affiliated gym, we follow a structured and proven approach to training that prioritises movement quality, safety, and long-term progress.
