Membership Options

At RH10 Fitness, our memberships are designed to give you structure, flexibility, and ongoing support. Whether you prefer regular classes, one-to-one coaching, or a mix of both, we will help you find the right option.

All memberships include expert coaching, access to our timetable, and a supportive environment that helps you stay consistent. There are no hidden extras, just clear options that allow you to train with confidence and see steady progress.

Drop ins start at £18 per session for members of CrossFit Gyms who are on their travels, while members can pay anywhere between £120 and £150 a month depending on exactly which opens they choose.

CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes combine strength, conditioning, and skill-based training to build complete fitness. Every session is coached from start to finish, with movements clearly explained and adjusted to suit your current ability. You will learn how to move well, train safely, and gradually build strength and confidence in a supportive group environment.

Personal Training at RH10 Fitness is built entirely around you. You will work one-on-one with a coach who understands your goals, your starting point, and what you need to progress. Every session is structured to give you clarity, direction, and accountability so you can make consistent progress without guesswork.
